Art in the Park is a committee under Preservation Lampasas, Inc., a non-profit organization, whose purpose is to plan for, preserve and protect the unique histroic identity of Lampasas, Texas. In support of this objective the organization will:
- Work to preserve and rehabilitate the historic springs of Lampasas, historic buildings, neighborhoods and places.
- Promote the use of historic places for the education, recreation, pleasure and welfare of the people of the area.
- Collaborate with local government, historical preservation and heritage groups and other organizations interested in preserving the heritage of Lampasas Texas.
- Promote community pride.
